With much of the world coming out of the dark of the pandemic, anxiety abounds.  Students are worrying about being social again, whether their bodies are healthy, and whether they’ve fallen behind in academics.  It’s a lot.  Dr. Denise talks about what she’s seeing in her medical practice.  From tummy aches to head aches in our little ones to self-medication in our teens anxiety is taking center stage in the classroom.  “Our children have suffered greatly,” says Dr. Denise who shares recipes for compassion, gratitude and the reminder that we are all in this together.
